Identifying and evaluating consumers’ needs and behaviors, especially with the right tactics, is key to generating consumer satisfaction.
At our workshop, you will gain insight from a professional in the field, which will:
  • Prepare you for identifying the types of UX Research (Qualitative vs. Quantitative and Generative vs. Evaluative)
  • Cover the step-by-step process of planning, preparing, and conducting UX Research interviews
  • Provide hands-on activities such as:
    (1) planning and moderating a user interview in order to collect research on an app or website of their choice
    (2) answering questions and reflecting on the experience as a group
